Returns

We cannot accept returns at this time. However, if items are damaged or missing, please contact us within 5 business days from receipt with your order information and images of the damaged items. Please email images to info@yuzusoap.com. 

Unauthorized cancellations, refused orders or unauthorized returns will be billed for shipping costs and incur a 15% restocking charge.
